CV-OK is compliant with all legal requirements and regulations concerning laws on privacy, and only works with an undersigned Statement of Consent when screening a candidate or employee. The processing of personal data by CV-OK is registered with the ‘College Bescherming Persoonsgegevens’ (CBP) administered under nr. m1417641.

The working methods of CV-OK are according the guidelines and recommendations from the “Nederlandse Bank NV”, the “Autoriteit Financiële markten” and the “Nederlandse vereniging van Banken” and complies with the latest laws and regulations
